Have an amazing property under contract and financing in the works but need more time to finalize. Need cash partner for immediate closing and then financing will payback cash infusion within 30-45 days with upwards of $2+ million in profit potential on the entire deal. ARV of $9million and projected all in costs of $5.5 million est. Time is running out, I have all info and preliminary HUD. Need $3.5 million to secure the deal.
