We did not secrue the property yet.  It is an amazing property that we have done all the due dilligence and planning for.  We can secure financing but it is the kind of deal that needs a bit of explanation. We can secure majority of purchase and all renovation funds but it needs to be bought straight up cash and then have financing put in place.  If you or your sources might be interested in knowing more please let me know, my contact info is below.

Thank you so much for your reply.  I am definitely interested in finding out more of what you might be able to help with.  I only have till Friday to get this closed as my financing for the whole project just isnt going to be done that quickly and seller is pushing to close.  I understand this is an extreme situation but this project will be next level fantastic if we can get it secured and in our hands.  I can send you all the info I have on it and will be in my office in the morning.  Thanks again for your time.

Have an amazing property under contract and financing in the works but need more time to finalize. Need cash partner for immediate closing and then financing will payback cash infusion within 30-45 days with upwards of $2+ million in profit potential on the entire deal. ARV of $9million and projected all in costs of $5.5 million est. Time is running out, I have all info and preliminary HUD. Need $3.5 million to secure the deal. All funds to be secured with the real estate and financing approvals are in hand.
