DSCR lenders for lower Price homes, 40k to $100,000 range
Hello, does anyone represent a DSCR lender who can loan against lower price homes in the $40,000 to $100,000 range? Typically we enter with hard money, do a fix up, and then seek long term DSCR based financing

If you are looking to stabilize with a DSCR loan after renovations, the lowest loan amount you will find is $75,000. This means ARV would have to be at least 100k in order to get a DSCR loan. If you are anywhere below this, you would put yourself into a blanket portfolio loan deal. Here, you can bundle multiple properties into one note, one deed, and one mortgage. Good luck!
