Hello! I have been in the investor world for 3 years doing wholesales, novations, etc. I am now scheduled to take my salesperson licensing exam. I am looking for recommendations on investor friendly brokerages in North Eastern Pennsylvania. I would like to continue my off market activity while not being tied down to a brokerage. My goal is to use my license as a tool for additional dispo opportunity and not a full time gig. Thanks!

All real estate activities have to flow through your brokerage when you become licensed. Your broker becomes legally responsible for the oversite of your real estate activities. So there isnt "not being tied down to a brokerage" once you have a license. All records must be kept and in compliance with the PA Brokers Act.
