@Joseph R Hudson The location of your CPA isn't as crucial as their experience with real estate. Many CPAs on this forum have clients and properties across the U.S.

Do you only invest locally or out of state as well? I personally own in FL and CA but have been tempted by NC as many clients are doing well there.
