We're in the final stages of raising equity for development a project here in sunny Florida! This will be the 1st of at least 10 similar projects and we're looking for equity partners in both the common and preferred equity pieces. The return on this project is 50% for those that complete the 23 months. There are options to pull out at different points for a smaller piece.

The capital raise will be a total of $750k on the preferred side and $2.75mm on the common side.

Deadline is Feb 15th to begin the conversation. We will be under contract on the land on this date and closing 3/15/2024 at which time the preferred partner will come in.

We can be reached at 772-643-0889 or reply here.
