To Post in the Real Estate Events & Happenings Forum, you MUST be an active member of the site. If you want to benefit from the userbase and traffic of BiggerPockets, then you need to contribute to it.

1 - Users must have at least 20 posts elsewhere on the site to post here.
2 - Users must post regularly on the site to post here. If you come to BiggerPockets with the sole intention of hyping your event, then think again. Users who come here once every month and only post an event will have their post removed.
