Need Home Improvement for a new acquisition.

Hi

I am new to real estate investing and was lucky to get an off-market deal. The property is 6 6-minute drive from San Antonio River Walk and  2 miles from San Antonio Zoo.

I don't live in SA and would like to improve the property. Please can someone recommend a reliable and fair contractor?
