Hello,

my name is Kevin I am new to bigger pockets. I currently manage a large church in ann arbor. I have 1 small investment property in the jackson/ irish hills area. 

I am looking to be a helpful member of a team. 

my job is extreamly flexable. I have over 25 years of trade experience, and i have been in south east michigan most of my life. 

I am not looking for a job. I do alot of the commercial maintenance and repairs at the church and my properties, but I also employ maintenance workers and a cleaning team. 

I feel I have a very good network of contractors that are trustworthy and can do the high quality work that is required for a highly used multi-million dollar property. 

I am insured for general maintenance and cleaning services. 

I enjoy customer service, i like meeting with people i like talking to contractors. I like looking a broken down spaces and dream building new highly functional spaces. 

I live 20 minutes east of ann arbor I spend most of my day in Ann Arbor and I spend many weekends south west of Ann Arbor. 

So if you are looking at investing in these areas and need an extra pair of eyes on something, or an extra set of hands, im looking to be an asset.
