Looking for Investor Friendly Realtor in Milwaukee WI

My husband and I are based in Janesville WI and have been investing there for 4+ years and currently have 8 units. Our market is lacking inventory, decent-quality property, and cash flow so we're looking to expand into another market. 

We're not as familiar with the neighborhoods or how the market is looking. Seems like a ton of inventory and cash-flowing properties but some have vacant units and have been on the market for a while so something must be off in some cases. 

Would like to get connected to someone if anyone has personal recommendations as we're pretty motivated to purchase multiple multi-families this year and next.
