Hiring In-House Agent for Real Estate Startup

As a Real Estate Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing customer leads and transaction flow from start to finish. You will work end-to-end with qualified investor clients from the moment they begin their investment journey process; helping to select markets and properties, place and negotiate offers, and manage and close the transaction..
What You'll Do:
- Act as initial contact for potential leads and build relationships by providing exceptional customer service and guidance throughout the real estate process
- Oversee all aspects of transactions from initial contact to executed purchase agreement
- Manage all administrative duties for transactions from contract to close
- Perform walkthroughs, coordinate inspections, assist in negotiations regarding repairs, and facilitation of repairs (as needed)
- Manage and prioritize inbound leads to ensure timely follow-up and maximize conversion rates
- Collaborate with the team to develop and execute targeted campaigns to generate leads and boost product awareness
- Work closely with the team to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team goals
- Maintain accurate tracking of sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to stay informed and knowledgeable about the real estate market
- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing functions to continually improve lead generation, conversion rates, and customer experience
What You'll Bring:
- Active OH Real Estate License with at least 2+ years of experience as an investor-oriented residential broker is a requirement. An active OH Brokerage license is a major plus.
- Proven track record of success in a similar role, with at least 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales
- Excellent understanding of the real estate market and mortgage process; high performing realtor is a bonus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with potential clients
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience using CRM and project management tools to manage leads and track transaction milestones
- Self-motivated and growth mindset with a strong desire to succeed and exceed targets
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong capacity to leverage technology to improve sales, customer experience, and/or create efficiencies in the business.
