Looking for contractor with popcorn ceiling experience

This is my first post and happy I found this site and what it offers. 

I have a rental property that has water stained popcorn ceiling that either needs to be replaced or converted to flat surface.  The following rooms need the work performed.  I received a quote from ServPro and almost passed out.

    Hey, I am reaching out to someone.  They normally only cover Charlotte but I don't know if they have expanded since we last talked.
