As a team we currently have 78 units across 6 properties under management and currently developing one more arriving at 110 units by spring 2025. We have grown this real estate holding by hard work and using our natural skill set to develop and value add apartment properties.

Do you know the best way to hire a free lance individual or a firm to look over where we are currently , and project using experience and financial models if it is best to hold these assets long term , 1031 into larger properties or any other possible scenarios that we could review and make a decision if it is something that makes sense for our goals?  Third party perspective with someone who has experience in growing a real estate portfolio and can advise different avenues that are possible based on where we currently are at. Where would I look for this ? Have you ever hired someone like this?
