Looking for handyman & contractors in Cincinnati

Hi Everyone, I'm new to the investing and about to close soon first rental property in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Property is almost ready to rent out (playing safe with first one), but I'd like to make some small fixes before tenants move-in.

Can you recommend any handyman or contractors that will be up for smaller tasks vs full house remodeling?

We're talking about: bathroom exhaust fan installation, one basement stairs reinforcement post replacement, adding in basement one extra support joint etc.
