I'm looking to do my first flip or BRRR. I have been looking on the MLS for months with no lucky. I'm hoping to find someone who can help me. Hamilton County OH or Boone, Campbell, Kenton county KY. Thank you!

     Check out The Louisville Network, it rebranded to Deals! Off Market. They get a fair amount of NKY, Cinci, Dayton, and Columbus deals.
