Hi everyone, 

I'm an out-of-state investor, and I currently have a property under contract. I'm searching for recommendations for General contractors that can work on my Flip. It's a complete renovation, including a new roof, electrical, new windows, updating the interior, etc. 

Since Chattanooga is a new market, I'm looking for good people who know what they are doing and understand investors.
Is there anyone you have worked with in your projects and can recommend?
