Looking for Wholesalers and agents for north metro Atlanta -fix and flip-

I'm a STR investor looking to move into the fix and flip world. I'm hoping to find wholesalers and agents to help me find properties. I have planned to concentrate on northern metro Atlanta, (Acworth, Cartersville, Peachtree Corners, etc…) but are willing to be educated on other areas.

I do understand the limitations right now, from lack of supply and competitiveness of the deals that are available. 

Hoping to find some partnerships in the wholesaler and agent space to help me hit my goals for the year!
