Hello, we are a wholesale team looking to build our list of serious cash buyers in the following areas: Greensboro Nc, Durham Nc, Fayetteville Nc, Atlanta Ga, Charlotte Nc, High point Nc, Rockingham Nc, Oxford/Henderson Nc, Goldsboro Nc, South Carolina, Missouri and Ohio.

Have a few assignment deals coming in these areas

Side note we will need proof of funds and buyer must be able to close within 2 weeks and also able to put down a 1k EMD
