Looking for an experienced multifamily investor to mentor and partner o deals

Hi dear community and happy 2024 :-)

My business partner and I are looking to get into the mid-large multifamily investing.

We have experience in small multi family, and know we can scale gradually, but would like to expedite the process by building on the experience of successful investors.

What I am looking for is not a 30 mins over a coffee or going to meetups suggestion (we are both foreign investors out of Israel), nor a recommendation for the big names and their programs, but rather an experienced investor who would like to guide us as we find and close deals in return for getting a share of the deal.

Preferably, also experienced in creative financing.
