Property manager in DFW area

Hi fellow investors,
I am looking for a property manager in DFW area for my long term rental properties. My current property manager who is a realtor and manages few properties on the sides. He doesn't run a big property management firm. He is a solid guy but he is moving out of area.
My experience with big property management companies had not been so good. So I prefer somebody managing few properties with access to good handyman and eye for selecting long term tenants. 

However, any references which you have used in the past are welcome. Thanks.
