Hey guys, 

I'm looking at Orlando for STR and was wondering which areas are great for airbnb. What you think of the resorts? what are the pros and cons? If you know any great realtor in Orlando send me a message. Thank you guys

@Sun Zari You have to be in Polk, Osceola or Lake county if you are looking to capture Disney/Universal traffic. Orange County (most of Orlando) does not permit STR (strict exceptions). There are many resorts that are specifically built to be STR and will never have to worry about regulation, HOA or neighbors that don't like it.
