Looking for investors to fund new builds in Florida.

Hello All! 

My name is Dwayne Byrd and I own a real estate brokerage and mortgage brokerage. We have around 40 agents at our brokerage and are amongst the top advertisers for several large sites etc. We sold around 300 properties and 85 million in volume in 2023. I have been growing these amazing businesses and ultimately would love to help people through the entire real estate transaction adding title and home building (We have flipped about 10-15 homes / properties). Home Building has always been my ultimate passion and where I really want to end up!

I have a GC on board, the mechanism to market and sell the properties, my own mortgage company for financing the buyers as well as the brokerage for selling (with 40+ agents and staff to sell).c I am interested in speaking with investors looking to park some money in Real Estate Construction. I have the plans, marketing, experience and teams ready to go - just need an investor ready to go.  I have an MBA and have everything ready and the numbers look great! I just thought I would throw it out here to the BP Universe!
