Let's connect about a duplex available in South San Antonio, first floor occupied at $1250 per month. Top floor is pretty much same floor plan needs renovation only. Bottom floor tenant loves it. 1 + 1 = 2, so $1250 + $1250 = $2500 rent money per month. White picket fence. Literally.
