Investment Group Speaker Wanted

Local real estate investment group is looking for speakers. Prefer in person in Onalaska, WI 54650. Membership in group is about 50 with 20+ regular attendees. Mostly residential Owners with 2 to 300+ doors. First Thursday evening of the month. We don’t have a large budget to pay speaker fees but we do serve a good pizza and beer plus you can plug your services.
