Loan for a Condo-hotel

I'm looking for a loan for a Condo-hotel in Law Vegas (as a primary residence). I heard that most buyers just pay cash or get a DSCR loan. The rates and downpayment on a DSCR seem a bit high. Anyone get a good loan for a Condo-hotel? What type of loan? Any mortgage broker recommendations? Thanks!
