Looking for referrals, please

In need of a CPA/EA. Immediate need will be tax preparation and filing. I relocated from Connecticut to Wyoming and have 2 rental properties in CT, one residential and one business, plus 2 LLCS - one marketing and one for real estate.

Next need will be a legal help establishing my marketing business in Wyoming and transferring assets to the new LLC. Also, negotiating the purchase of another online business, and will need guidance and help with that. Finally, will be setting up another real estate business with other partners/investors.

Lastly, will need tax planning assistance while working to establish the businesses here in Wyoming.

@Darryl Brennan As a CPA myself, I recommend shopping around to see who is the best fit. It's not rocket science, but you should find someone who specializes in real estate. I've seen so many mistakes from generalist CPAs. Also, the location of your CPA isn't as crucial as their experience with real estate. Many CPAs on this forum have clients and properties across the U.S.
