I am in the process of getting permitting for an ADU in my backyard. I have a existing shed, about 400 ft² that will be converted. Currently I'm on the step of looking for a good contractor to run this project. Any local recommendations in the Tampa area or Lakeland, this is actually where I live and the project will take place, would be highly appreciated.
