My name is Jacob with Lendbright and we are headquartered in Philadelphia, PA lending nationally for bridge, fix and flip, ground up construction and DSCR loans. We do welcome first time investors and we do cover 100% of the construction budget. We are no income no doc and don't require any reserves. If you are currently in a project and your loan matured and your lender stopped disbursing funds we can refinance to us and continue funding your project from any stage that it is in.
