Looking for PHL Contractors to quote Jobs for investor clients

Hi All,

We have a few clients trying to get jobs quotes on properties they purchased in and around downtown, and many surrounding Zip.  Current guys are unresponsive.  

Any contractors out there familiar with the investment space and working with aggressive, but repeat customers?
