We are new to this community, yet have been learning a lot for awhile. 

We decided that it is time to Act - So, here we are. :-)

We will be doing recon trips (14 - 21 DEC) in coming week for the following area and we would much appreciate help linking up with recommended Realtors and Lenders. Particularly, we are interested in Passive Income Multi-family REI.

We packed a lot within a 7-day trip since we will be traveling from Pyeongtaek, South Korea.

We are veteran family who is currently stationed in USAG Humphreys and plan to return to CONUS in CY 24.

We would much appreciate it if you can provide us with BiggerPockets-networked team of experts in these areas, whether those dates will be feasible for a link-up (scheduled showings of REI in respective areas).

We are currently sketching daily agenda with Zillow/Redfin-based leads throughout our trip.
