Newbie looking for recommendations for a "good" Detroit Real Estate Agent

Hi,

I am contemplating investing in a rental property in Detroit, due to my limited resources. I have been reading and educating myself for a while now and I would like to get more in-depth knowledge about the Detroit market.

So, I am looking for a "good" Real Estate Agent that has experience with the Detroit market. And by "good" I mean somebody that has my best interest in his/ her view. I had a disappointing experience before and I do not want to repeat it. So, I am looking for recommendations.

Thank you and wish you all success in your journeys!

@George M Campean you should also be looking for a property management company as well as an agent!

They should work together to make sure you acquire a solid rental property.

BTW: in our opinion, 95%+ of agents have no clue how to work with an investor. TEST them by asking them for sale comparables, rental comparables and ROI for any properties they send to you.

Check out @Joe Hammel and @David Rabior
