4-Plex for sale in an opportunity zone. What are the Pro's and Con's?
Hello I am interested in purchasing a 4-plex with good cash flow in an opportunity zone in Denver. I dont know much about the benefits of an opportunity zone and am looking for a seasoned investor partner to go in on the deal or help answer some questions.
