Beachfront Hotel, 10 Units, Recently Renovated and Cash Flowing - $3M

Property is a 9 unit hotel 100 yards from the beach access point. The 10th unit is currently being used as an office, but has a bathroom and is wired the same. Can easily be a 10th performing unit for the end buyer. New metal roof, freshly painted, renovated, and furnished. New courtyard was put in and plenty of parking. First point of access will be Tuesday 12/4/23 from 2-4 pm. 2,999,999 is the purchase price. Property can only be purchased with cash or hard money! Contact me if you're interested.
