Reliable licensed Plumber and Electrician in Chicago

Hello, I need recommendations for a licensed Plumber and Electrician with the City of Chicago who can work on some city violations. I have contacted about 20 contractors from Google. Out of the 20 people who called back, I scheduled an appointment with 5 and only 1 showed up. I really need to get the work done by end of January so I want to get a head start now.
