Canadian Investor looking to put together my remote team in Cleveland, Ohio

Hello Everyone,

I've been trying to put my life back together for the last 4 years and I'm near the tail end of my journey. I'm currently finishing off my renovation in Toronto, Ontario in order to boost my cashflow for when rates start to cut, I'm in a position to pull more equity.

In the meantime, I wanted to explore more options in investing into the Cleveland market and I'm expected to travel to Cleveland sometime in the spring of 2024. I understand that looking at real estate deals is the easy part of building up a real estate portfolio but I want to focus my time on meeting the right people to be able to manage remotely.

Goals for 2024
- Cross border accountant that specializes in Canadian/US real estate laws
- Real Estate Lawyer
- Realtors and Mortgage brokers for my capital raising
- Contractors and Handymen
- Material suppliers (Away from the big box stores like Home Depot etc.)
- Property Managers

- Other Canadian Investors

Of course any suggestions is welcomed as I'm trying to mitigate as many mistake as possible when starting out. I apologize in the advance to anyone who reaches out to me as my communication will be limited from now until Feb 2024 as I will be starting my last phase of renovation on my property here in Toronto. I'm currently working as well so my time will be consumed but I will do my best to check in and look out for responses in my inbox.

I look forward to any input and thank you again!
