I usually do my own GC work, but I'm attempting to manage projects from out of state. I'm looking to pick up a number of projects in 2024 and looking for a reliable GC that I can develop a strong, long term business relationship with. 
Areas: anywhere in the Northern Colorado region.

Please be able to answer the following questions:

Is your company insured with adequate coverage?

How long have you been in business?

What is your license number?

What is the payment collection like?

What is the best way to get in contact with you?

Is there a warranty on the work you provide?

Is your company in good standing with a trade association?
