Looking for Investor-friendly Agent in Buffalo!

I am an agent in Massachusetts and California, and I currently have a friend interested in purchasing a multi-family in Buffalo. I would be very involved in the transaction since he is a close friend of mine, but I do not hold a NY license.

I believe he is looking in the $300 - 400K price range, and a triplex would likely be more ideal, although he saw a duplex online that he wants to go see.

Let me know if you would be interested! Thank you!
