Personal lending opportunity

Hello all, I have an opportunity available for any personal private lenders.

So this is a special situation. Its not the typical real estate loan for a property per say.

For my situation, I have been learning about apartment syndication. I was recently contacted by a company called Deal Estate.AI they use AI technology to get deal flow, investors, and underwrite properties. They are interested in making me one of their solo general partners for future deals. They require their new general partners to put $65,500 into their first deal.

That's why I am reaching out to the community. I am looking for a private lender to structure a loan with for the $65,500.

I would be happy to get on a call with anyone to go into more detail if they are interested just shoot me an inbox message!

Thank you,

Marquis
