Paper Partner / JV Partner Needed for Morby Method Deal!
My husband and I are currently working on a Morby Method, 10-unit multi-family in West Palm Beach. Purchase price is $1,595 M and seller is wiling to finance up to 50%. Our plan is to turn the units into short term rentals, since I have a short term rental company and have been in the space since 2017.
🤝 Looking for a ”paper partner” to secure the hard money loan.
🎯 Needs to be able to show $447k on bank statements.
🎯 Utilizing the Morby Method!
🎯 No money needed, will pay $25,000 buy-out fee through escrow at the second transaction.
Would be a member of the LLC in order to secure the hard money loan. Needs to have the amount for the down payment and closing costs on bank statements. Won't have to use their money to close the loan. Will be paid buy-out fee on the second transaction through escrow. Same-day/back-to-back closings.
