One-Pager for Raising Money

Conrad Bracht
Posted

Hi all,

I'm looking to partner // raise money for a real estate deal. Does anyone have a simple one-pager that they send to other investors that they're willing to share? I'm looking for a one-pager where I can input things like address, cash flow, ROI, etc.

Thanks,

Conrad

People with money aren't actually looking for a one pager. They are looking for confidence they can trust you with their money. That happens through conversations and relationship. Join clubs, join meetups, volunteer. Don't ask for money, just explain what you do, with enthusiam, be polite, be honest and show results when asked. That means you have to have a few "wins" under your belt and you get that by "doing some deals" and you learn that from someone who has done a lot of deals. Sometimes it's free to learn, sometimes it's a lot faster by having a mentor. But, if you are in real estate for the long haul, it's worth learning correctly.
