8 Family apartment in a popular Northern Wisconsin vacation town

Contemplating an off-market sale of our property. It is an 8 family, single story apartment with 12 storage units on 2+ acres. It is nestled among million dollar homes that are on a large, popular lake. This property does not have lake access but there are tons of lakes nearby. You can easily access snowmobile trails from here in the winter as well. It’s only 10 minutes from major shopping centers, a local zoo, and plenty of parks. Tons of potential with additional areas to drive rents higher. We have renovated 2 of the units and upgraded the electric to 600 amps with separate meters for each unit. We’ve upgraded 2 of the 8 with the new electrical service. There are a couple of units that could use updates and that would mean additional rent. I can provide additional details but gross rents are close to $90k as is. All the tenants use an online payment system so no training to do there and it might be a simple account transfer to you. Please reach out if you have any interest in learning more.
