Recs for RE attorneys familiar with creative investment strategy

Hello, I am working on a deal with a client in foreclosure. Essentially we’re going to catch up her mortgage and give them some money upfront so they can move. Then we’re going to fix the house and list it.

This is our first deal like this. My broker is nervous about it and said it’s very risky. He highly recommended having a an attorney review our documents before signing.

I haven’t had any luck in Atlanta with the real estate attorneys I typically use. Anyone have any recommendations around the greater Atlanta metro? Thank you in advance.
