Hey BP fam,

I'm a Canadian looking to invest in the USA. Rochester is not too far from where I live and the margins look pretty good at a glance. I'm looking for an investor focused realtor who services the area, preferably someone who owns income properties themselves. Also, any advice for foreigners looking to start up in the USA. Thanks in advance!
