I'm a Canadian looking to invest in the USA. Rochester is not too far from where I live and the margins look pretty good at a glance. I'm looking for an investor focused realtor who services the area, preferably someone who owns income properties themselves. Also, any advice for foreigners looking to start up in the USA.
