Hello all, my names Jack Schmitz and i'm 23 years old. Im in search of an experienced investor to teach me how to use banks, hard money, private money loans to purchase investment properties. Looking to buy my first investment property using an fha, But firstly i'm working on building a credit history which has been fun. Currently have a registered business I use to wholesale properties. But id like to take the next step and start building my empty portfolio.
