GC needed San Diego/Encinitas for ADU

Hi there, hoping to see if anyone here is investing in San Diego, CA and has referrals for GC here. We are going to build ADU & Jr. ADU on a property in Encinitas and looking for a general contractor referral to do the work.

We're hopping on the ADU bandwagon in CA trying to make it in this city! This is our first property and excited about the journey to come. Thanks!

Hi there @Lindsay Bowman - I wish we could do an ADU for in San Diego, but we are currently operating only in Chicago.

My buddy @Doug Spence is out in San Diego and may have a good general contractor for you though.  Either way he's a great resource and wealth of knowledge.
