I have two homes I am wholesaling: 2510 Taylor St. Youngstown, Ohio 44502. 3br./1ba. w/ over 1,100 sq. ft. and 1-car detached garage. Needs work. I am selling this for 10k cash. 3045 Padanarum Rd. Geneva, Ohio 44041. 4br./1ba. w/ 1,995 sq. ft. New roof, good kitchen. .88 acre. I have pics for this one. Selling this one for 60k cash.
