New to Real Estate Investing. Looking for a Mentor.

Hi Everyone,

I am brand new to real estate investing and am looking for a mentor in the Milford, CT/ New Haven area. I'm 24 years old. I currently work full time as an underwriter but would love to work for free after work and on the weekends learning from a mentor. I have a good amount saved up, around $40k, and need to learn before jumping into a deal. If you know anyone willing to help, please let me know.
