New to Real Estate Investing. Looking for a Mentor.

Hi Everyone,

I am brand new to real estate investing and am looking for a mentor in the Milford, CT/ New Haven area. I'm 24 years old. I currently work full time as an underwriter but would love to work for free after work and on the weekends learning from a mentor. I have a good amount saved up, around $40k, and need to learn before jumping into a deal. If you know anyone willing to help, please let me know.

Your best bet is to join some local meetups and then talk to people about what you are looking for.  @Ryan Luby has a meetup in New Haven, @Brandon Rush has one in New Britain, @Devin Peterson has one in Middletown, @Stephanie Cabral has one in Manchester.  I also recommend CTREIA which has great education for people like you.  DM me if you have any questions.
