Looking for commercial property real estate agent

Hi all,

I am new to real estate investing and I am looking to invest in commercial property. I am looking for an agent who is knowledgeable about NNN or net properties. I will be investing by taking a loan. So I need an agent who is knowledgeable of lending costs and who could point me in direction where I can have positive NPV. I would prefer an agent who is also an investor.
