Seeking Boots On Ground in KC Area

In short, I'm looking to connect with someone in the KC area--seeking MF or portfolio deals. I have been in the area several times, including two weeks ago to look at some off-market opportunities. I am specifically looking to connect with another investor with similar character, morals and mindset. I'm specifically seeking the rare opportunity to find a "win-win" relationship that goes much deeper than the typical surface connection. My "word" and my name is my bond--I will never tarnish it. My moral compass is very strong and will not sacrifice it for dollars or popularity.

Again, I'm looking for a the hungry investor that recognizes the importance of relationships and that the rising tide raises all ships.
